Shipping

We offer a $5 flat-rate shipping fee for all orders within the United States, regardless of size, weight, or destination. Orders over $75 qualify for free shipping within the United States by using the SAVE75 discount code. This ensures you pay a consistent shipping fee or none at all, and allows us to select the most efficient shipping option for your order. Shipping options may include:
Flat Rate Shipping: Fixed-rate shipping using USPS Flat Rate boxes.
Priority Mail: Faster delivery based on weight and distance.
Ground Advantage: Economical shipping for smaller, lighter packages.
SpeeDee Delivery: Available for select regions, providing fast and reliable shipping.
UPS: For larger or heavier packages that may require more specialized delivery options
Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday) of being placed. Please note that delivery dates cannot be guaranteed, as processing time in our facility is separate from transit times. The estimated shipping time at checkout reflects the carrier’s transit time and does not include our processing period.

Once a package leaves our facility, we cannot adjust delivery times or carrier schedules.
Local Pickup

For local customers, we offer free local pickup at For You Boutique. Simply select "Store Pickup" as your shipping method during checkout.
Deliveries are made every Tuesday and Friday.
Please allow 24 hours for processing after your order is placed. We will notify you when your items are ready for pickup.

Click on your cart, then select the "Checkout" button at the bottom right of the cart page.
Once the checkout portal loads, you’ll see a discount code box on the right side, under your itemized cart (your shipping information will be on the left side).
Enter your code and click "Apply" to see your discount!

Once your order is placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address. If our shipping software detects any issues with your address, we will contact you to verify the details.
However, please note that Feathered Whimzy cannot be held responsible for delivering packages to incorrectly entered addresses.

No, once your order is placed, the payment details are final and cannot be changed.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make any edits. If you wish to add items, you’re welcome to place a new order. Please note that we can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped. If you need to cancel an order, please email us to request cancellation.

Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation email or text (if you provided your email address and/or phone number at checkout) containing a link to track your package.

If your package is not moving or appears to be stuck in transit, please contact the specific postal service for more information once it has shipped.
Unfortunately, we are unable to modify any details regarding your order once it leaves our facility.

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at featheredwhimzy@gmail.com with photos of the shipping box and the contents inside. We kindly ask that you retain all original packaging, including the shipping box and packing materials, until we resolve the issue.
Return Policy

At Feathered Whimzy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We can accept returns for unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons.
To initiate a return, please email us at featheredwhimzy@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide any necessary instructions.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We understand that scent preferences can be very personal. Unfortunately, due to hygiene and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for products based on fragrance dissatisfaction.
To help ensure you choose a fragrance you’ll love, we encourage you to review the product descriptions and fragrance notes on our website. You can also test out scents by ordering soap samples from our Fragrance Library before committing to a full-sized product. If you have any questions or need recommendations before placing your order, please don’t hesitate to email us.
Keep in mind that our products also make great gifts! If you find that a particular scent isn’t to your liking, passing it on as a thoughtful gift is always a wonderful option!
Product Questions

Some of the colorants we use are more potent than others. If oils or residue are left in your tub or shower, the color may cling and give the appearance of a stain. Rest assured, it can be easily wiped away with a magic eraser or cleaning solvent —just clean as you would clean any soap scum.
Please note, we are not responsible for any stains caused by pre-existing cracks, scratches, or unfinished areas in your tub or shower. As long as your tub or shower is properly sealed, our products should not cause any issues.
